Love it!
I believe that the most important part of forming a new habit or breaking an old one is a sense of accountability. If youre not accountable to anyone or anything, then your motivation is greatly diminished. If you do feel like, however, you have someone or something to report to and that you could ultimately let down if youre not on your game, then your incentives and desires to form good habits and break bad ones are greatly increased. Great idea to provide accountability and keep track of progress!
